All our full grooms comprise of the following: Consultation Health Check (of the dog!), Soothing Hydro Bath, Massage & Premium Natural Shampoo, Conditioning Treatments specific to the dogs coat type, Drying and required finish, Brush and Comb through of the Coat from Tip to Toe, Hygiene Clip Bottom, Groin and Under Pads, Ear Clean Nail Clip, Spritz Doggie Cologne. Ear Plucking and or Anal Gland Expression (external) are available by request at an additional charge, Full Grooms are Styled, Clipped or Scissored to the Breed Standard or Customers Requirements/Lifestyle Requirement. Average appointment time is 2 - 3 hours, dependent on coat condition and size. Matted Knotted or Tangled Coats may take longer and this may incur an additional charge. De shedding is a Grooming Technique that involves the Removal of Dense Loose Undercoat (that is Resilient to day to day brushing) of Double Coated Breeds that can make them unnecessarily hot and smelly. By using an array of Specialist Grooming Tools this will reduce the Hair that would eventually end up on your carpet, furniture and clothes! Making your dog more comfortable, enhance the heath of their skin, less smelly and super shiny. Average appointment time 2 hours, dependent on coat condition and size Matted knotted or tangled coats may take longer and this may incur an additional charge.

Hand Stripping is a Grooming Technique that involves Plucking the Dead (blown) Outer Coat of Wire/Rough Coated Breeds by Hand and/or with Specialised Tools as an Alternative to Cutting (Clipping) or Scissoring, this will Remove, Enhance and Refresh the Coat to its Natural Condition. Average appointment time 2.5 hours, dependent on Coat Condition and size, Matted Knotted or Tangled Coats may take longer and this may incur an additional charge.
Consultation Health Check (of the dog!), Eye Trim, Muzzle Trim, Overall Tidy of the Face, Ideally Suited for in-between Grooms, Nail Trim can be added to this service at an addition cost.

Grooming is an essential part of most modern dogs lives and their training in learning how to behave whilst being groomed is just important as house training and social skills We welcome Puppies from any age; early introduction to the Grooming Process is Vital for Puppies, especially Breeds that will Require Regular Grooming as Adults. The earlier the Puppies are introduced to the Grooming Process the more at ease they will be with the process and the more they will enjoy visiting us! Working with all Recognised Data Bases and a Qualified Approved Microchip Implanter with SMARTTRACE. Our microchipping service is available to all, chipping can be done at your home address or at our Salon. Your Puppies/Kittens, etc must be 6 weeks old before they can be chipped, we provide multiple packages for litters. It is now a legal requirement that all puppies MUST be microchipped by the age of 8 weeks.

Working with the most Updated Equipment and Qualified with SMARTTRACE, We prefer to Scan between 28 – 35 days post mating for optimum results. Scanning can be carried out at either at your home address or at the Salon. The ultrasound pregnancy scan will confirm if your bitch has had had a successful mating giving an indication of numbers and viability or in some cases will show that there are no puppies present. We can scan at any stage of pregnancy but our preference is between 28 – 35 days post mating for optimum results Scans are carried out by applying a Water Based Gel to your Pets Abdomen, then using an external probe we Scan their Stomach to see if there is a visible Pregnancy, Pictures are relayed to a screen that you can see, just like a human pregnancy scan! Ultrasound Scanning is a Non-Invasive Procedure, therefor causing no harm or discomfort to your pet.
